OKIHIRO AI CREATIVE
AI VIDEO PRODUCTION · JAPAN

AI short dramas, music videos and ads — produced with AI.

Live-action or anime, with no shoot, no cast and no location. One producer handles everything from concept and storyboard to generation, editing and delivery — the same workflow used to finish a 5-minute AI drama end to end. Japanese storytelling and visual sensibility included.

WORKS

Works

All original works made with AI. Characters, locations and props are locked first, so nothing drifts between cuts.

Live-actionGame-style~3.5 min

GTA-style AI drama (live-action)

A 3.5-minute AI drama that moves between game-style gameplay screens and cutscenes. 13 clips connected into one story. Seedance 2.5, 480p.

Live-actionDrama~5 min

Long-form AI drama (live-action)

A 5-minute live-action AI drama based on my parents' true story. Made with Seedance 2.5.

MVLive-action / Anime

AI music video

A music video made with Seedance 2.5 and MiniMax H3 MAX.

Live-action15 sec

15-second action

A 15-second action piece designed as a drama-style ad. Made in 480p.

Vertical15–25 sec

Product shorts

Vertical shorts for beauty, D2C and SaaS products.

HOOK TO ACTION

Not just watched. Videos that pull people in and lead them to act.

Explanations of a cause or a product only reach people who already care. A game-style drama gets people who had no interest to watch, laughing, to the end. From there, it leads them to your message and the action you want.

01

A game-style look that stops the scroll

Footage that looks like gameplay, with over-the-top action, draws in people who had no interest.

02

You are the hero

You, your shop or your product is the main character. People around you watch because someone they know is in it. It is played for laughs, but never at your expense.

03

The mission is the message

Like "Go to the temple for the cats," the mission is what you actually do or sell. The content gets across while people watch.

04

One action at the end

Support, visit, buy or apply: the video ends with a single call to action. Versions in other languages, or with a different call to action, can be made for each audience.

Case: Ryoko Iwatake, who rescues temple cats in Laos

The mission is "Go to the temple for the cats." A 3.5-minute drama in which she steals a scooter and jumps from a helicopter to reach the temple cats. It ends with the whole cast dancing and a pointer to the page about her work. A Lao-language version was made for Facebook. After release, she shared it herself on X and Facebook.

Ways to use it

Shops & restaurantsDeliver the signature dish before closing time→ Visits, reservations
ProductsThe product appears in the item wheel and gets the hero through→ Product page, purchase
HiringFirst day at work: win over every colleague→ Careers page, applications
Tourism & regionsReach three landmarks before sunset→ Tourism site, bookings
Events & live showsMake it to the venue before the doors open→ Tickets, schedule
Causes & organizationsThe work itself becomes the mission→ Awareness, support, follows

I do not make videos that use the logos or screens of existing games as they are. The game-style look is built with original screens.

USE CASES

What people ask me to make

Based on the works above, here are some of the ways this can be used.

Your own true story, as a short drama

Your own true story, as a short drama

I turned how my parents met into a 5-minute AI drama. A gift for your parents, a wedding, an anniversary, or a family record. I start from an interview and write the script.

History and local legends, as a period drama

History and local legends, as a period drama

I recreated the Siege of Osaka as a samurai drama. Great for tourism, regional PR, temples and historic sites, and authentic Japanese-style visuals for global audiences.

One song, both live-action and anime MVs

One song, both live-action and anime MVs

The same song can get a live-action MV and an anime MV. For artists, VTubers and music producers.

Swap the cast in the same footage

Swap the cast in the same footage

Keep the motion and change the performers or wardrobe — localize one ad for different countries and audiences without reshooting.

Previs and pitch videos that look close to final

Previs and pitch videos that look close to final

Motion and camera are blocked in 3D first, then turned into film. For production companies and agencies pitching ideas before a shoot.

Also

  • Founder stories and brand films
  • Game and app trailers
  • Product UGC at scale
  • Book trailers for novels and manga
  • Short dramas for training and internal education

Videos based on real people or photos of the deceased are made only with consent from the person or their family. Cast swaps are done only when the rights to the people shown are cleared.

WHY

What makes this production different

01

Designed from story and direction

Script, dialogue, camera and the joins between cuts are designed before generation. Instead of lining up short clips, the story holds together from start to finish. The 3.5-minute GTA-style drama was built by matching the start and end of all 13 clips.

02

Consistent, even in long form

Characters, wardrobe, props and time of day are fixed before generation, so cuts stay consistent. A full 5-minute AI drama has been completed this way.

03

You can see the work in progress

A self-built node-based production tool puts characters, scenes and takes on one screen that I share with you, so we can decide together which cut to fix.

04

The right model for each style

Seedance 2.5 for live-action; MiniMax H3 or Seedance 2.0 for anime. Model and resolution are chosen to fit your goal and budget.

05

Experience with AI tool companies

Sponsored tie-up videos produced and published for AI video tools such as Higgsfield, AZ8 and OiiOii.

Node-based production screen: scene, prompt, model and takes connected by lines

The actual production screen. Each scene links its prompt, model and takes.

FAQ

FAQ

Q. Can you imitate real people or famous characters?

No. I don't make videos that use real people, existing characters or other companies' logos without permission.

Q. Can I use the video commercially?

Videos are generated on paid plans that allow commercial use. The terms of each tool are explained before we start.

Q. How long does it take?

For about 30 seconds, roughly 1–2 weeks after the storyboard is agreed, depending on the content.

Q. What do I need to prepare?

Product photos, logos and reference videos help. If you have none, I build the concept from the brief.

Q. Which resolution should I choose?

480p–720p is often enough for social shorts. For ads or large-screen YouTube, 1080p is recommended.
