A game-style look that stops the scroll
Footage that looks like gameplay, with over-the-top action, draws in people who had no interest.
Live-action or anime, with no shoot, no cast and no location. One producer handles everything from concept and storyboard to generation, editing and delivery — the same workflow used to finish a 5-minute AI drama end to end. Japanese storytelling and visual sensibility included.
All original works made with AI. Characters, locations and props are locked first, so nothing drifts between cuts.
A 3.5-minute AI drama that moves between game-style gameplay screens and cutscenes. 13 clips connected into one story. Seedance 2.5, 480p.
A 5-minute live-action AI drama based on my parents' true story. Made with Seedance 2.5.
A music video made with Seedance 2.5 and MiniMax H3 MAX.
A 15-second action piece designed as a drama-style ad. Made in 480p.
Vertical shorts for beauty, D2C and SaaS products.
Explanations of a cause or a product only reach people who already care. A game-style drama gets people who had no interest to watch, laughing, to the end. From there, it leads them to your message and the action you want.

You, your shop or your product is the main character. People around you watch because someone they know is in it. It is played for laughs, but never at your expense.
Like "Go to the temple for the cats," the mission is what you actually do or sell. The content gets across while people watch.
Support, visit, buy or apply: the video ends with a single call to action. Versions in other languages, or with a different call to action, can be made for each audience.
The mission is "Go to the temple for the cats." A 3.5-minute drama in which she steals a scooter and jumps from a helicopter to reach the temple cats. It ends with the whole cast dancing and a pointer to the page about her work. A Lao-language version was made for Facebook. After release, she shared it herself on X and Facebook.
I do not make videos that use the logos or screens of existing games as they are. The game-style look is built with original screens.
Story-driven ads and drama episodes, without casting or locations.
Brand and product visuals without a shoot.
Live-action or anime, with scenes designed around the song.
Multiple angles for the same product so you can test what works.
Show the finished image as video before a real shoot.
Real production plus a walkthrough of your AI video tool, as one YouTube video.
Based on the works above, here are some of the ways this can be used.

I turned how my parents met into a 5-minute AI drama. A gift for your parents, a wedding, an anniversary, or a family record. I start from an interview and write the script.

An opening film, entertainment or reveal video starring the two of you. Made fully with AI, or from your own footage with the wardrobe and backgrounds replaced by AI.

I recreated the Siege of Osaka as a samurai drama. Great for tourism, regional PR, temples and historic sites, and authentic Japanese-style visuals for global audiences.

The same song can get a live-action MV and an anime MV. For artists, VTubers and music producers.

Keep the motion and change the performers or wardrobe — localize one ad for different countries and audiences without reshooting.

Motion and camera are blocked in 3D first, then turned into film. For production companies and agencies pitching ideas before a shoot.
Videos based on real people or photos of the deceased are made only with consent from the person or their family. Cast swaps are done only when the rights to the people shown are cleared.
Script, dialogue, camera and the joins between cuts are designed before generation. Instead of lining up short clips, the story holds together from start to finish. The 3.5-minute GTA-style drama was built by matching the start and end of all 13 clips.
Characters, wardrobe, props and time of day are fixed before generation, so cuts stay consistent. A full 5-minute AI drama has been completed this way.
A self-built node-based production tool puts characters, scenes and takes on one screen that I share with you, so we can decide together which cut to fix.
Seedance 2.5 for live-action; MiniMax H3 or Seedance 2.0 for anime. Model and resolution are chosen to fit your goal and budget.
Sponsored tie-up videos produced and published for AI video tools such as Higgsfield, AZ8 and OiiOii.

The actual production screen. Each scene links its prompt, model and takes.
Pricing depends on final length and resolution. It includes generation costs as well as story structure, dialogue and direction. Launch pricing applies to the first 3 projects that allow me to feature the work in my portfolio.
Light (beta): up to 2 characters, up to 2 locations. One review at the final stage only (standard includes a mid-point and a final review). Sample works are in preparation. Cannot be combined with launch pricing.
This is an estimate. A formal quote follows after the brief. Works over 4 minutes and 1080p are quoted separately.

On the OKIHIRO AI Creative channel, I make one video that combines real production with your AI video tool and a clear walkthrough — not just a feature list, but an actual piece made with it. Pricing on request.
No. I don't make videos that use real people, existing characters or other companies' logos without permission.
Videos are generated on paid plans that allow commercial use. The terms of each tool are explained before we start.
For about 30 seconds, roughly 1–2 weeks after the storyboard is agreed, depending on the content.
Product photos, logos and reference videos help. If you have none, I build the concept from the brief.
480p–720p is often enough for social shorts. For ads or large-screen YouTube, 1080p is recommended.
